Navajo

Alice Coelho's bracelets from the current Beadwork issue are beautiful, but seemed a bit too elegant for my taste and so I changed the pattern count and this is the result in Navajo-style. Suits me better personally.
(Yes I'm aware that the picture shows Sitting Bull who was a Sioux, but I made this brush myself and couldn't find a proper image of a famous Navajo. Native American purists may forgive me!)

And now for something completely different: a beaded bag that looks like a tiny Persian carpet.
This had been an UFO as well and the only reason for it being that was my lack of will to sew in fabric and velcro tape.
But rain can cause strange activities and I made it!
To prove it's really working as a bag- a picture with contents!

Cellini

I tackled some UFO's over the really really rainy Pentecoste- holidays and here's one of them- an unfinished cellini spiral that's been around for quite some time and the question was to either make it four times longer and turn it into a necklace or stop and add a clasp.

Adding a clasp can be so inconvenient that I'd rather continue beading, but after I found there's no chance of relocating all the beads used, I turned to the clasp- solution and thus, I now have one UFO less and one more bracelet.
